Since 2017, we have been championing some of the most authentic and captivating underground dance music from around the world. Our growing number of releases flies the flag for the percussive side of contemporary club music. Our imprint’s aesthetic encapsulates the energy of UK club music and infuses it with the rhythm of Amapiano, Afro House, and Gqom.

Having cut our teeth throwing parties at some of the best-loved clubs in Bristol, our ability to consistently deliver inclusive and accessible dances of the highest calibre was quickly recognized. Soon came invitations to host stages at Bristol festivals Love Saves the Day and Simple Things, Croatia’s Outlook festival, as well as partnerships with Wray & Nephews, Campari, and Koko Kanu. Our previous guests include BBC’s Jamz Supernova, Matty Chiabi, and Tash LC, plus certified club music authorities like Hagan, KG, Scratchclart, and many more.

After cementing our presence in the club, our close-knit outfit began the label arm of the operation in 2019 with the Club Djembe Vol.1 Compilation. Now on Club Djembe Vol.4, we’re responsible for over 20 releases with contributions from upwards of 30 artists. In our ongoing quest to discover the most formidable individuals within this sphere, we have assembled a distinguished roster of artists hailing from all over the world.

Our back catalogue is strewn with music from UK dance music stalwarts that include Scratchclart, Roska, Ikonika, Hagan, Ramzee, and Mista Silva, as well as relative newcomers to the scene such as DJ Polo, Noire, and Fiyahdred. Outside of the capital, other artists who have graced our label with their own unique brand of drum-led dance music include DJ Lag (South Africa), SHE Spells Doom (Zambia), Say3 (Atlanta), and Kaval (Toulouse). Releases from such artists have been premiered and praised by us, as well as by Resident Advisor, Mixmag, DJ Mag, Beatport, and Crack Mag.
